This project involves the construction and handover of two, five storey residential buildings each comprising of 20 flats located on an area of reclaimed land near the Hidd Power Plant on the Dry Dock Highway.

The scope of works comprise of earth works, concrete works, masonry, metal works, thermal and moisture protection, doors and windows, internal and external finishes and fit-out works.
