The Awqaf Headquarters Building will be a unique office facility for the Ministry of Awqaf. The initial occupancy of the building will be around 1,464 people, although the design scope will be accommodating of an additional 25% staff growth. The project consists of three basements, each basement with an approximate area of 25,700 sqm, in addition to a central main building consisting of 16 floors and 2 suites (western and eastern).
