The Mubarak Al Kabeer Education Building consists of two basements floors, a ground floor and 14 upper floors; with a total built-up area of approximately of 30,500 sqm. The design of the building includes parking spaces; located both underground and around the perimeter of the building, office spaces; located in the upper floors of the building, and a specially designed shelter located in the second basement- specifically designed to withstand radioactive and chemical contamination.
The building serves as a center for all education institutions in the Mubarak Al-Kabeer governate.
