The project comprised of a commercial retail market, targeting merchandising of seafood, meat, poultry, vegetables and fruits. The ground floor, totaling 8,887 sqm, is allocated for the retail of seafood, all kinds of meat and poultry as well as fruits and vegetables. The upper mezzanine level consists of 5,618 sqm of office space. The outer areas of the building are designed for food and beverage areas (restaurants).
