The Project comprises of the construction of 83 Villas located in an area of reclaimed land at the south of the island; on Durrat Al Bahrain Petal 4. The scope of work encompasses all civil works from foundation to finishes, MEP works, and Home Automation Systems. There are three types of Villa each with individual Swimming Pools facing the Sea.
The multibillion dollar project; Durrat Al Bahrain is the flagship tourism development in Bahrain and will create a living and tourism environment for over 40,000 people when completed.
