The contract involved the construction and handover of Industrial Warehouse units in Bahrain Investment Warf, Hidd; each comprising of three blocks covering a total area of approximately 15,100 square meters.
A patented system for industrial floor construction (Twintec”) is used for the ground floor slab works; designed to withstand heavy loading conditions. A portion of Block-B also includes an office on the mezzanine floor complete with internal and external finishes, MEP and fit-out works.
