Safety is one of the primary aspects that we consider during our appointment in all our projects. KMC coordinates the contractors on site not only in terms of physical works, but safety and logistics. We believe that safety measures are main drivers for the project success.
Coupled with a ‘no compromise’ attitude are the best EH&S resources, expertise and experience. We benchmark ourselves against all industries, not just construction – we can never afford to be complacent.
However, irrespective of any separate appointment, it is KMC’s intent to develop a culture of “zero tolerance” in Environment, Health and Safety (EH&S) from the top down throughout the project. This requires endeavouring to establish and maintain the world’s best practice standards and creating an attitude that promotes safety awareness so that the number of costly lost time accidents are either minimized or avoided all together.
We will ensure to deliver an effective safety program that is coordinated to international standards with the safety monitoring bodies on site to promote an environment of “Zero Incidents and Zero Injury”.
