The Failaka Island Development Project is based on the concept of creating six self-sufficient, but inter-connected villages and tourist attractions spread across the island, each located to take advantage of key waterfront and riverfront settings. The project will include sophisticated 4 and 5 star hotels, serviced campsites, marinas, golf courses, an eco-resort and the "Fun City" theme park.

Awqaf project consists of 47 residential buildings – 42 of which have been demolished and rebuilt around Kuwait to renew architectural feel and design of the residential group. The remaining towers were new additions and developed in consistency with the other buildings.       KMC was contracted as the owner representative and project managers during the design, construction and project oversight of Awqaf with a capital of KD 15 Million.
